Country Charm Retreats Policies

We love pets but no pets allowed at Country Charm Retreats.

Adults only please, no children.

No smoking please.

Extra people staying will be charged regular per person rate

We do not provide alcoholic beverages but feel free to bring your own bottle of wine.

 

Check-in/Check-out: Please abide by the times designated.  Do not arrive early, doors open at  9 am on Friday.  There is not formal check-out procedure, we simply ask that you be packed and saying goodbyes by 2 pm on Sunday.

 

Deposits:  A $300 deposit must accompany your reservation in order to hold the dates requested. Balance is due 2 weeks before your stay. No exceptions.  You can mail a check or use PayPal (just click on the appropriate button).  After we receive the reservation and deposit, a confirmation will be sent in email along with a payment schedule for your convenience.  We an also send confirmation snail mail. NSF fee $35. 

 

 

Cancellations: Things happen. If an unexpected situation arises and you are unable to attend the retreat weekend, a refund will be given up to 60 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.  You always have the option of scheduling another weekend and transferring the amount paid to hold the new date.

Dishes must be loaded in dishwasher and ran. Refrigerator must be cleared of all food brought in.

A Retreat Manual is onsite to refer to as well as for an emergency contact number. We respect your privacy during your weekend retreat and do not arrive unannounced to check up on things.  For an emergency please see manual for contact name and number.
